Shipping made easy with Stagoni! Choose your preferred delivery option for all orders, with Australia Post handling the shipments:

 

DOMESTIC AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

All prices on our site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and will be charged accordingly. We offer two shipping choices:

  • Standard Shipping: $10 - Estimated delivery time of 5-8 business days.
  • Express Shipping: $15 - Expedited delivery within 2-4 business days.

 

For Express Shipping, please be aware that while orders are handled faster through the Australia Post network, there might be occasional delivery delays. Stagoni will not refund postage charges or be held responsible for any such delays. Orders placed before 11 am on weekdays will be dispatched the same day.

 

If you've chosen Standard Shipping, expect to receive your order within 5-8 business days. If it hasn't arrived within the specified time, contact Australia Post using the provided tracking number.

 

CLICK & COLLECT (Perth WA only)

For Click & Collect orders, you'll be notified by email when your order is packed, processed, and ready for pickup at our office. We'll also accommodate any special collection arrangements if needed.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We welcome international customers with a flat rate shipping fee of $35 via standard International Australia Post. 

International delivery typically takes approximately 6 - 27 business days (please consider customs processing times). Please note that our international shipping does not include insurance for your goods.

We deliver to the following countries: Australia, United Arab Emirates, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, United States.

 

Important to know:

- We do not deliver to international PO BOX addresses.

- All prices displayed on our site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and will be charged as such.

- Any customs taxes or duties at the destination country are the recipient's responsibility.
